Hengji Garment Co., Ltd. was founded in 1997 and has become a large scaled garment manufactory company with advanced production environment and high quality standard. Our company is located in a well-known textile-intensive town of Jiangsu Province, and only two-hour distance to Shanghai export harbor. We supply a broad range of apparel in jean and shaka series to American and Western European markets, and have many years'' experience of dealing with international business and professional team is responsible for product export procedure. In the past decade, we have successful co-operation with some well-known American companies such as Wal-mart and SQZ. Our company owns garment production capacity of 8,000 pieces a day, and the factory occupies about 15,000 square meters and employs nearly 1,000 staff including 20 senior managers and 80 technical specialists, and we also have six advanced production lines with well-trained employees, warehouse, professional technical team and sampling design center, cutting room, and packing line. Furthermore, to extend the competitive capability, we built a garment-rinsing factory with daily capacity of 8,000 pieces, including jean sand projection, hand rub washing, color coverage dye and other prevalent rinsing technics, and a jean fabric manufactory with annual capacity of 0.5 million meters. The integration of fabric and garment production and garment rinsing ensure us reduce the overall cost of finished garments and best quality control. Due to cheap local labor and preferential economic policies from government to develop well-known town, we have lower production cost than many competitors.
